Matt Barber
Matt is the host of the radio show "The Barber Shop" that can be heard on Sports Radio 560 the Team. The show runs from 1-3 EST Monday-Friday. The show focuses in on The South Carolina Gamecocks, Clemson Tigers, The SEC, The ACC, NFL, NBA, MLB, and any other major sports stories that may come up nationally and locally.
Matt is a 2002 graduate of Newberry College where he earned his B.S. in Business Administration as well as a minor in History. Prior to attending Newberry College, Matt attended Chapin High School in Chapin, SC where Matt lettered in Football(offensive guard) and track(shot put and discus).
Since 2005 he has served as the play by play "voice" of the Chapin Eagles' Football team. Matt has also done television for Time Warner Cable's coverage of the South Carolina State Championship Football Games at Williams Brice Stadium and Clemson's Memorial Stadium(Death Valley). He has even worked television broadcasts for State Championship basketball games and state championship wrestling meets.
Promoting the website Dixiefriedsports.com has led Matt to be a guest on various different radio shows in states all over the Southeast as well as having articles in many newspaper outlets in the Southeast and as far as Iowa.

Justin Cannon
Justin is a co-host on "The Barber Shop" with Matt Barber on Sports Radio 560 the team. A native of Chapin, SC he has worked in sports media for a decade working on various radio stations as well as providing color commentary on football broadcasts.
Prior to entering the world of sports broadcasting, Justin was an offensive line coach for two different high schools in South Carolina. Known for his intense coaching style, he earned the respect of players and coaches all around him.
Mr. Cannon is a 2000 graduate of Newberry College where he earned a B.A. in History and a Minor in Political Science. Justin was the Captain of the 1995 Chapin Eagle Football team that made it to the quarterfinals of the SC State playoffs.
Since 2007 Justin has been the color commentator for the football broadcasts of the Chapin Eagles. He has also provided his insight on television broadcasts of the South Carolina Weekend of Champions for Time Warner Cable.
